- Project Description
- Since the age of 12, I have researched and focused on the benefits and drawbacks of prospective fuel cells. I distinguished the capabilities among different fuel cells and arrived at ways to increase efficiency by balancing the costs and benefits. My project identified energy sources suitable for the cars of tomorrow and the successes that will revolutionize environmental conservation. I expanded the “Warning About Warming” theme of my science projects into an outreach effort that bridged my knowledge and research with my community, whilst promoting advocacy. My project, “Warning about Warming” has a series of broad goals that goes far beyond the aim of advancing science that I achieved through my science experiments. These goals, instead, focus primarily on community involvement by expanding environmental awareness locally and nationally: to inspire the youth to conserve, promote sustainability within our local community, and further environmental education for the greater good.
