Service-Learning Projects can be quite inspiring, interesting, rewarding...and challenging! Every team's energy and passion ebbs and flows throughout a project. Here are five simple ways to stay motivated and, by the way, help you and your team members get along:

1. Take a field trip to a zoo, park, or other natural area to relax and regroup.

2. Praise your fellow teammates. You can even write a note to each of them thanking them for their contributions to the team.

3. Play a team building activity to analyze the issue in a non-confrontational way.

4. Have a mini-celebration in which you just relax and enjoy your time together (don't even talk about your project!).

5. Arrange a guest speaker or conduct an interview. Here's a guide to help you: InterviewCommunityMembers.doc
